"These were fantastic! I added cubed ham and my husband loved it. The only adjustment I will make next time will be to cook for an extra 15-20 minutes because some of the sliced potatoes were a bit firm. Other than that this is my go-to recipe for scalloped potatoes! :"

"These muffins are absolutely delicious. I used regular milk instead of buttemilk, ground bran cereal + oatmeal in place of oat bran. I threw in a couple handfuls of blueberries and didn't use raisins. These muffins are "secretly" nutritious - my 2- and 4-year-olds even love them. Will definitely make again."

"Very delicious recipe. I substituted whole wheat flour for the all purpose flour, and used brows sugar, butter and cinnamon for the topping. They turned out lovely. Great texture and taste."
