"This is a perfect rolled fondant recipe and is a consistent winner in my kitchen. I only give lemoncurd 3 stars because the recipe is entered verbatim from page 306 of Rose Levy Beranbaum's "The Cake Bible". Please authenticate your recipes with proper credit."

"These are very good. I bake them in mini-muffin tins for a smaller portion. They freeze well and reheat nicely in the microwave. A nice way to get a sweet and some fiber! Thanks nnreq!"

     |  By Dari Donovan

"Very good! I just made these for breakfast thinking there would be a few patties left for lunch tomorrow. Nope - all gone! Simply delicious. I made as directed. Instead of chopping the onion I grated it on the large holes of the box grater and added the onion juice to the salmon mixture. This is a keeper! Thanks Dari!"

"Good flavors and the ready-made breadcrumbs were great for weeknight. I made as directed, but pounded the chops to 1/4" thickness. Also, it was necessary to add about 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet after cooking the pork chops but before cooking the shallots because the bread crumbs had absorbed all of the oil. My heat may have been a li..."

"Very good melts - the Parm in the meat really made it tender and yummy! Thanks Michelle. Because I've had WLS surgery I don't eat bread so omitting it is the only change I made. I will be trying this with ground turkey and ground chicken - it's a keeper!"

"I made this almost as directed omitting the salt since my leftover ham was a bit salty. The sweet relish is a nice touch. I made my sandwich without the bread and DH's with whole wheat. To make without bread I dished my serving onto an oven-proof plate and broiled until the cheese bubbled. I broiled DH's open-faced rather than skillet cook. Thanks..."

"Easy, quick & delicious. As a WLS post-op I don't eat bread so I omitted that. After the shrimp and salsa was finished I layered the avocados on top then the cheese and broiled right in the skillet. I ate mine with a fork and DH had his on toasted wheat. Very good."

"Great recipe Little Bee - Thank you! I used Hershey's Cacao Reserve 65% cacao Extra Dark Chocolate in order to maximize the health benefits from the antioxidants and flavonoids. It was quite good with the strawberries and satiating with only a couple of berries per person. I used a skewer instead of toothpicks and let me say this method is BRILLIA..."

"My first popovers! Like another reviewer I've always been afraid to try popovers - don't know why. A very easy recipe, but I did over-beat. I used a whisk and next time I'll use a wooden spoon. Otherwise they were great. Thanks MizzNezz!"
