    About Me

    I am a happily married home-schooling mother of four children. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes. I love to sit down with a new cookbook, or browse recipes on the net. I am on recipezaar almost every day so I guess one would say I am an addict...

    I have enjoyed being a part of this cooking site and have been enjoying participating in some of the cooking tag games on the forums. I am hoping to participate more as time allows.

    My ratings are pretty much as follows:
    5 star= Excellent, will definitely make the recipe again.

    4 star= Very good, will probably make again.

    3 star= Average/Good, unlikely to make again, at least not without some adjustments or substitutions.

    2 star= Not tasty at all, will not make again.

    1 star= Inedible, or complete lack of directions.

    Favorite Foods

    I enjoy pizza, casseroles, pastas, pretty much any comfort food. I love chinese food but am not too adventurous as far as cooking it. I'd rather eat it at a restaurant. I also enjoy Mexican and Italian.
