    About Me

I live in Sammamish, WA and am a mother of 3; 2 boys and a girl. I love to cook and I love reading cookbooks/recipes/cooking magazines. My all-time favorite cookbooks are Eater's Choice (the original edition and the Chicken cookbook by James McNair. Every chicken recipe is perfection for a common food.

    Favorite Foods

    Pork Tenderloin, Salmon, Beef

My favorite dish to cook? I don't have one favorite. I love holiday cooking because it allows me to splurge on all things I prepare. My husband will let me cook for days if I want. Day-to-day cooking is fine, but tends to stay on the simple side just as a matter of practicality.
