    About Me

    I'm a Northeast Ohio girl who absolutely loves to cook for her family of five. Well, I have an 18 yr. old son who eats enough for two men, so maybe it should be family of 6! Part-time paralegal. Great day off work is spent whipping up new things in the kitchen for family to try. If I had a month off work I'd spend it at the beach - tanning by day, cooking like crazy by night!

    Favorite Foods

    Fav food is any type of Italian or seafood. We eat a LOT of pasta at our house. My family's favorite meal is when I out of the blue just decide to whip up a turkey dinner w/all the trimmings and it's not even near Thanksgiving! They're also pretty big on chicken fried steak and if I really want something from the DH, I'll make him potato skins w/bacon & cheddar.
