    "This was excellent. I used 1 can of vegetable broth with garlic & herbs and 1 container of leftover potato/carrot water to equal 3 cups broth. I used 3/4 tsp. curry powder - gave it just enough zip."

    "Made these yesterday for our Condo Happy Hour. Should have doubled the recipe as they were gone right away and with many great comments. In fact I have to give the recipe to many people. I followed the recipe (did not add any cayenne, etc. as my pepperoni was pretty spicy Thanks s'kat for a great recipe."

    "I made this tonight. Okay is what my husband said. I added garlic (why doesn't everyone add garlic!and pepper(black pepper the spice and some carrots. Found that the veggies didn't really cook that great (except for the gr. peppers which maybe should be added laterEven onions should have cooked better.     "When summer comes, I can hardly wait for the cucumbers so that I can make cucumbers & sour cream. I usually add a little vinegar to the cucumbers after draining them, then add the sour cream. When my Mom made this my Dad would have a whole soup bowl full - not just a spoonful for him!!"
