"This Tilapia was delicious! I used lemon pepper and garlic salt to season the flour just because of personal preference. I was so surprised that the fish turned out so good, but decided to trust the reviews as I was making it. I was so impressed that such an easy recipe would turn out so flavorful. This is definitely going into my Keeper folde..."

"I made these for Super Bowl Sunday and they were fabulous! I used more green onion just because we like them so much, and added 1/2 tsp garlic powder. Yummers! Thanks so much for posting, Dreamgoddess. This is a definite keeper!"

"This was a very good salad, and so easy to make! I can see that it would be very easy to adapt with some other ingredients if you wanted to change the taste a bit. For example, I'll bet it would be good with some Craisins added. I did change the dressing ingredients slightly. I used less sugar (2tsp. and added a splash of red wine vinegar, so..."

"This was an outstanding recipe! I was totally bored with my regular stir-fried zucchini, so I went looking for something that would be different. This was exactly what I was looking for! I used 1 tsp canola oil, 1 tsp sesame oil, and 2T brown sugar. The sugar, combined with the soy sauce, made a very tasty addition to the veggies. I'll defini..."

"This was a very good salad, and just different enough to make it interesting. I followed the recipe exactly with three small changes. Instead of using salt and pepper, I used garlic salt and lemon pepper, and I added a couple of dashes of Frank's Hot Sauce. I'll definitely be making this one again. Thanks so much for posting, Chouny!"

"This has become my "go to" guacamole recipe. If I don't have fresh avocados I use a Wholly Guacamole packet. I also use garlic salt instead of regular salt and 1/2 tsp of lemon pepper instead of black pepper. Thanks so much for posting this recipe! It's really good in an emergency when I don't have ripe avocados."

"These potatoes were wonderful! What a great flavor! I made a half recipe, but used Mareesme's suggestion of 2/3 C of water, and added a couple of drops of hot sauce (Cholula. The potatoes were done after 1 hour, but the timing was probably due to the size of the potato cubes. I'll be making these potatoes over and over again with many differ..."

"These brownies were fabulous! I was amazed at what a big difference the ground red pepper made. It added another whole dimension to the brownies. And by the way, I used Chipotle pepper because the recipe didn't really specify what kind of pepper to use. I'll definitely be making these again. Thanks so much for posting!"

"This is one of my staple recipes that I fix for myself when my DH is out of town. The only thing I do differently is to brown the Spam first, then add the egg mixture to it. And Molly, did you realize that, depending on how many chives you sprinkle on top, you could end up with Green Eggs and Spam? ;- Thanks for posting!"

"This relish is absolutely fabulous! I used only a 12 oz jar of peppers as a test (and because that's what I had on hand, and then went out the next day and bought a larger jar! I measured the amount of brine that I drained from the peppers, and used that amount of sugar. I added the sugar to the food processor when I was processing the peppers..."
