    About Me

I am an avid cook. I enjoy low-fat cooking as I feel that comfort food should not require a larger pant size.
I am in currently school to obtain my RN. The classes I am taking keep me very busy, but I always seem to find time to cook. There is something calming and relaxing about chopping veggies and sound of food saute'ing!

    Favorite Foods

Macaroni and Cheese is probably my favorite dish. Along with meatloaf and mashed potatoes. It is funny that I continue to tell myself how much I like to cook low-fat, probably because I still find myself reverting back to staples from my youth.
