    About Me

I am married to the greatest man! He is my willing food taste tester. I have had the previlage of learning to cook from my Grandmother. She owned 3 resturants and has cooked her entire life until she became ill and then she was the conducter and I the band. I learned more living with her in the last 10 years and it has made me a woman confident in most areas of cooking and will make me a good wife and mother. Any recipe I submit is dedicated to her and her ability to smell a dish and make. To take simple foods and make them sing. She gave me our family cookbook which was her Grandmother's and is very old. I hope to one day master those recipes.
