"By far the best oatmeal I've ever eaten! My first time to try steel cut oats, and I worried they would stick and scorch, so I set a timer to stir them every 10 minutes ~ stirring them constantly the last 5 minutes! My simmer is really low and it took mine 40 minutes to thicken to my satisfaction, but well worth the wait. I didn't bother to peel..."

"Nice tall loaf with a tender inside crumb, and a wonderful sweet flavor from the figs and honey. The bread has a little crunch from the fig seeds and walnuts! Will be great toasted for breakfast with cream cheese. I increased the walnuts to 1/2 cup ~ Mixed on the dough cycle and baked in my oven, in Pyrex, at 350F for 30 minutes. Tagged 02/03/..."

"I doubled the marinade ingredients and made the recipe with five pounds of thighs! My soy sauce was low sodium, and the recipe would have been six stars if I had added a bit of salt, and a bit more heat! Tagged on 02/08/13 for Best of 2012 ~"

"I really enjoyed this! So easy and quick! I made the recipe with Tilapia and garlic salt, and because of their size, I only used 1 1/2 lemons. I loved the tartness of the capers ~ Tagged for Best of 2012!"

"Very tasty! I made this with the peach option, freezing the drained peaches flat in a zip lock bag; also froze half the milk which resulted in a very thick smoothie! It's been many years since I bought malt powder and wheat germ, but will enjoy this smoothie regularly! Tagged on 01/21/13 for Zaar Stars under the 24-hr rule!"

"Delicious! I mixed everything together, except the chocolate syrup, and froze it overnight ~ I then added the chocolate syrup and mixed with my immersion blender! It was thick and rich! Tagged 01/13/13 for Rookie Recipe Tag (extended til 02/10/13."

"Delicious! Made as written, except I added a pinch of salt, and removed my pie from the oven after baking for 25 minutes ~ I wanted it extra gooey! I served the pie with vanilla ice cream. Tagged on 01/31/13 for the Best of 2012 game!"

"I made a half batch using UNSWEETENED chocolate squares and crunchy peanut butter, melting everything together except the 2% milk and vanilla, in a 750 watt microwave, in 2 minute increments for a total of 4 minutes. I then stirred in the vanilla and about 3 1/2 tablespoons 2% milk because I thought the sauce was a little thick. The sweetness wa..."

"This was not at all spicy ~ I believe the sauce would benefit GREATLY by adding more garlic cloves, changing out the ketchup with chili sauce, and adding a sprinkle of red pepper flakes! I subbed slivered carrots and broccoli for the red and green peppers in the recipe."

"I had hoped this would be more savory, and although it was good, it lacked something! Next time, I'll try garlic salt along with the smoked paprika, rather than just salt and pepper. Made for the Australia Day Tag Game in the Auzzie forum."
