"Delicious, easy, and so festive! I made as written, but without butter, and I used fresh mushrooms. I used all the pan juices, and about 1/2 cup water to cook my yellow rice ~ Made for Summer Photo Tag 2012."

"This salad has a much nicer flavor than the typical shrimp salad made with mayo and mustard for the dressing! I made this salad with 1 lb raw shrimp, split lengthwise, boiled about 3 minutes in 1 cup dry Vermouth seasoned with 1/2 tsp salt, and a PINCH of red pepper flakes. I probably used more sweet pickle than called for, and less onion ~ made..."

"Delicious and very easy ~ tangy, but plenty sweet! My lemons were medium sized and next time I'll use 2 whole lemons! I made this pie with 1 1/2 lemons, 6 eggs, 2 1/4 cups sugar, and 3/4 cup butter (for 7.5 servings and baked the mixture in a 10-inch quiche dish for 55 minutes at 350F. "I haven't had pancakes in ages, so I made them for dinner! I halved the recipe and served them with fresh Georgia peaches, toasted pecans, and some vanilla ice cream! The only thing I'd change would be to add a dash of salt next time. Tagged for PRMR."

"This was really good ~ and quickly prepared! I halved the recipe, but used a 6 ounce can of minced clams with juice, instead of 4 ounces clam juice. Tagged for 123 Hit Wonders."

"This made two large cheese balls! Not exactly what I expected; I thought the pineapple would be more prominent. The cheese ball is quite tangy; maybe next time I'll add a pinch of sweetener to balance the Worcestershire sauce. I liked it ~ we'll see what the critics at the twins' birthday party have to say!
