    About Me

    I live in Ottawa, Ontario (Canada), and am currently a student. I plan on being either a historian or a chef at a bakery, making lots of goodies (such as cookies and cakes using old family recipes!) I love writing novels and short stories in my spare time, and also Irish dancing, as well as having an addiction to The Beatles. My favourite cookbooks consist of the Joy of cooking, Looneyspoons and Crazy Plates (which are a lot of fun to read as well as cook with) and a cook book my mum made of recipes she grew up with.

    Favorite Foods

    curries, breads, spanikopita. almost anything, but I do like exotic foods with lots of flavours. I enjoy putting sauces on my foods, so the more flavour the better! I am usualy known for making desserts, cakes for my friend's and family birthdays, cookies and muffins. My favourite things to make are usualy sweet things,generaly high calorie cakes!!! My favourite restaurants to dine at are usualy HoHo's chinese and Maple court Chinese, as well as several Italian cuisine restaraunts in the Byward market in downtown Ottawa.
