"This is a great recipe! I followed the recipe but sauteed the onion in a little butter (to make sure it cooked through and used Italian breadcrumbs (what I had on hand. A little squeeze of fresh lemon would be a great addition but it was still yummy without it. I have already recommended this and will make this again."

"This is a great coffee cake using ingredients on hand. I didn't have vanilla pudding so I used the butterscotch pudding I had. It worked fine - I imagine any flavor would work. Also, I used graham cracker crumbs and was pleased with them too. Nuts in the streusel would be yummy. This was tasty warmed up in the microwave two days later. Great..."

"This is a yummy comfort-food recipe. I sauted the garlic and added onion. Then, browned the chicken breasts for a bit of color. I put it all together with a little cream cheese in a casserole dish and baked for 45 minutes or so. It was easy and tasty. Served it with plain cous cous - which was flavored well with the extra sauce. Thanks for a..."

"This is a great and very easy side dish. It's definitely not overpowering in flavor, but a warm, creamy, filling, yummy addition to a grilled steak dinner."

This is excellent and I am really anxious to have it for dinner tonight (I was so excited, I didn't read the part about the overnight refrigeration and leftover tomorrow. I added a bit of yellow onion an..."

"This recipe is easy, tastes great and looks quite impressive when served. I cut back a bit on the sugar in the berries and the whipped cream and it tasted great. Next time, I will make 8-10 shortcakes as the 1/6 serving for each person was a bit much after a big meal."

"My mom made these for us when we were young and they were one of my favorites! I made this as a bundt cake and it turned out great. I included the egg in the filling. Once cooled, I drizzled with a chocolate glaze. Enjoy."

"The bad news... the cake didn't come out of the pan in one piece (my fault. The good news.... the cake was fantastic (great texture and flavor AND I made it into a trifle which received RAVE reviews (people at the office want me to mess up again this week!. I cut the cake into small cubes and layered it with strawberries and a pudding mixture..."

"I agree with the others - this recipe deserves more stars! I froze leftovers the first time I made it and that worked great. Just made it again specifically to freeze for future dinners (to use the remaining cream on hand. I stretched it a bit with more tomatoes and cream... and have two dinners for two in the freezer. Thanks for posting such..."

"Another fantastic recipe from Cooking Light! We enjoyed the recipe as is (well, with a few changes due to what was on hand but look forward to trying it with chicken breast strips next time."
