Reviewed Cinnamon Sugar Bread, Bread Machine
"I didn't do this quite right, but it turned out well anyway. I am just now beginning to discover my passion for cooking. When I got married to the love of my life in October of 2007, I started letting him do the cooking because he enjoyed it and would have continued that way if not for a schedule shift that made it necessary for me to take over dinner responsibilites.
I am by no means a professional, and I have a weird ism where I don't touch raw meat (but I don't let that stop me from trying just about any recipe..I just use inventive ways to make them). My husband has come to love sharing the cooking responsibilites with me, and it's now become something we do together.
I am currently a member of Weight Watchers but still a lover a food. My challange has become to take recipes and use substitutions to make them healthier and more waist-friendly while still maintaining taste. Afterall, who wants to eat diet food that actually tastes like diet food?!?
I love foods with lots of flavor and lots of spice. My current favorite is probably Thai, but I prefer to go to the little place around the corner rather than make it myself. I also love Italian food. I use spices in pretty much any dish i make because the best part about food is the taste!
