    My favorite cookbook is "Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking" by Marcella Hazan or "Southern Living - 30 years of Recipes".

    Been a fairly healthy eater since my childhood (I was the only kid who hated Wonder Bread - we only ate whole wheat), but am trying to go even more organic and/or homemade. Hoping to start collecting recipes to allow me to do this.
