Reviewed Light Baked Butternut Squash
"I have always loved the simplicity of baking this buttery sweet gourd, but in the past had used non-vegan margarine or butter in the recipe. This time I opted for 1/2 tbsp. Olive oil divided between the two halves, and then sprinkled on the cinnamon. One hour in a 375 degree oven and it is pure perfection and the whole house smells amazing."

I'm a new Vegan looking for easy and quick recipes that will nourish my body and soul. I love to cook and have ever since I was a little girl, and even spent a year studying to be a Professional Chef. In the end I chose Nursing as a profession, but cooking has always been my hobby.
I love Indian Cuisine, the spices and variety are amazing. I am someone who regularly goes recipe free in the kitchen, meaning I know how to make a meal out of what I have in my fridge and cupboards. I am looking for purely vegan recipes with no refined sugars, no artificial flavorings or colorings. Organic is the way to go.
