Reviewed Oatmeal, Cranberry and Chocolate Chunk Cookies
"I've made these cookies about 6 times now and love them. I've found my favorite way is to make them smaller, about an inch and a half when they've baked (I get about 30 cookies per batch and bake them for 8-9 minutes. This way I get more cookies to spread the love. I have made them without craisins, with dried pomegranate, with chocolate chips ""

The photo is from the top of Calton Hill in Edinburgh (its of me and my boyfriend!). I did a study abroad in London and from there went all sorts of great places!
I recently graduated from college and am now in my "tweener" year working as a research assistant so I can get some more experience and then (hopefully, pending acceptance) go and get my PhD!! My boyfriend taught me how to cook and now he admits that I have surpassed him.
My family and another family has a monthly dinner party where we take turns cooking and the only rule is you have to cook a recipe you have NEVER done before! We have been doing it for over a year now and are yet to order pizza!
I love wine & beer, touring vineyards and breweries, doing tastings, and using them in cooking or pairing them with food!
I love hiking, camping, skiing, reading, watching tv, movies, the beach, and most of all..traveling
