    "This is not a dish I grew up with, but holy-smokes - delicious.I only had regular chicken stock (not low salt, so I did 1 part stock and 2 parts water.I used creole seasoning (seasoning salt, and simmered for 2 hours, I think the extra time makes it better/less bitter. Didn't need the sugar.It's almost like a Western miso-soup, with collar..."
