"This is an amazing recipe. I have been making it for years. Perfect for potlucks, lunches, as a side, or even a quick snack while warm. (though, I prefer it cold the next day once all the flavors have blended) I always used olive oil and I typically add a bit more cranberries than what is called for."
"I've been making this for years and recently tried using minced chicken. (I have a 3 year old who prefers a minced texture) This is one of her favorite recipes. I also tend to used carrots chopped into little 1/4" cubes, I rarely have pimentos in the house. This is an excellent recipe, and the leftovers are even better!"

His opinion doesn't count. lol Sometimes I make just the noodles for a nice lunch. I've also tried this with tofu..... I don;t recommend that ... it was o..."
"I made this yesterday. It is SOOOOO good you have to try it!I used a can of basil, olive oil and balsamic diced tomatoes. (bought them on accident) I didn't have whatever kind of beans it calls for so I just used a can of small white beans and a can of red kidney beans. For the pasta I had some spirals so I tossed in some of them. I added a pin..."
