"Great sweet and spicy flavor to these. I loved them. My friend thought they were good, but the more they ate them the more they liked them. Has a little heat, but nothing over the top, lets say I could have done hotter. I wanted to do these on the grill, so I omitted the water but kept the rest of the ingredients the same. Worked like a charm..."

"I used this marinade with a couple of nice rib eyes! Marinated for about 2 hours and they had a great flavor. I would definitely make this again!!! I have to say all I did was add the marinade ingredients to a large ziploc bag, squished it around a bit and then added the steaks. Thanks diner!!!! "Awesome!! Loved this lamb, the tabasco was a great touch. For a personal preference I cut the cinnamon to 1/2 tsp and that worked for us. Made for ZWT6 - Team SSaSSy!!"
