    "I had never made a pecan pie before so after doing some searching I decided to try Ree's recipe. I didn't have any corn syrup so I substituted honey instead. It was sooo good. This is the only pecan pie recipe I will use. I didn't make the whiskey sauce but it was great without it. Thanks for sharing this recipe Ree. "
