"I love it - perfect as one option for a holiday party. Comes out crisp and white! I, too, like that it is strong and not too candy-like. To weaken it, reduce to 1 ounce and let the white chocolate take over a little. Also, can let it sit on ice a bit longer to dilute. I like mine strong, but for others...Really fun.
