    "Awesome recipe! After reading other reviews, I set the zucchini in a strainer overnight and it worked perfectly! No runny quiche!! I added chopped ham to mine. The only problem I had with this recipe is the couple things measured in lbs. I need things in cups. The first 2 I made had WAY too much zucchini & onion, but after I figured that out ..."
