    Favorite Foods

    I adore chocolate, cheese and just about any cuisine. However, I am partial to Southern American and Eastern European--foods from my heritage. In short, pork fat and sour cream rule!! :)

    My husband says I make the best steamed shrimp, broiled salmon, macaroni and cheese, standing rib roast and chicken and dumplings. I love simply prepared vegetables, but I have a soft spot for those old-timey Southern casseroles, too.
