    About Me

    I am a young wife and mother who loves to cook, but I find it difficult sometimes to find dishes my husband likes, too. He's a picky eater ;)

    I have been trying to cook healthier and lose some of my after-baby weight, which resulted in over one year of making absolutely no fried food.
    However, those that obsess over whether something is 'organic' annoy me to no end. Actually, it's not their wanting only organic things. It's the way they demand everyone they know live the same way one day, or they'll die.
    Well.. I'm going to die one day anyway, so I'll take my chances with REAL chocolate. ;)

    Favorite Foods

    Chinese food, first and foremost. The only chinese food I've eaten that I do not like are egg rolls, for the most part.
    My other food favorites would be the perfect medium rare steak, any sort of shrimp (preferably not battered & fried, though..), and chocolate.
