"I scaled back the recipe to just two chicken thighs, and it still worked out quite well. Only problem is that at that quantity, when the glaze thickens, it does so very quickly. "These were really good and really easy. Fresh grated parmesan doesn't really incorporate into the mixture very well, so it mostly ended up in a pile in the bottom of my bowl, rather than on the potatoes, so I'll probably just skip it next time (since I never buy the canned stuff, but aside from that, these were, as I said, really good."

"Half a cup of salt seemed like waaaaay too much, so I only used 1 tbsp, which worked well. I also added a clove of fresh garlic when I mixed it up. Generally, though, I do like being able to mix up just a little bit of dressing at a time, so easily. Nice little recipe."
