"One of the best soups I've ever had! Straining out the solids is important, don't skip that step. This soup gets raves every time I serve it. Thank you, zeldamet!!"

"Somehow had all of these ingredients on hand and needed something to do with them - this was perfect! I added a can of tomato sauce and water and once it came to a boil I added medium shell pasta. Simmered it until the pasta was cooked through, seasoned it again and dinner was ready! Thanks for posting, it fed us for a week ;"

"I made this and my husband and I both thought it was fine, but missing something - I caramelized an onion, added it to the potatoes and roasted for another 20 min or so and they were amazing!!! My husband is not a sweet potato fan, but even he could not keep from picking at them every time he walked by. Served it to company and it was a big hit ..."

"I came across this recipe about a year ago and am now asked to bring this salad to every barbeque or potluck we go to. I make it so often I could probably do it in my sleep! Thanks for posting this, it gives the term 'keeper' a whole new meaning!"

Great ..."

"This was very good and it was ready in no time. It was especially nice to be able make dinner without having to go to the grocery store first. I used creamed corn and petite-diced tomatoes (what I had on hand and added a diced potato. I added a pinch of sugar, some chili powder and ground black pepper, too, to kick up the flavor because I didn'..."

"Caryn, this was great and so easy! I understand where the 'mushy' comment would come from, but I would call the texture 'melt in your mouth' instead, just like a cauliflower kugel should be. We all enjoyed this very much, including my DH, never touches cooked cauliflower. He requested that I make this again, so that is saying a lot. I will - t..."

"This is a great, EASY roast recipe and I loved that it cooked while I was sleeping! I put it up before I went to bed and took it out after my morning coffee. It was tender and the amount of gravy was perfect. I will definitely be making this again (this week! - thank you! "

"Thank you, Mirj! This makes the perfect summer dessert. Had to make it non-dairy and it was wonderful - I can only imagine what butter would do for it! Topped each slice with non-dairy whipped topping and sliced strawberries and drizzled macerated strawberries w/ sauce on top. Thank you for another winner! "
