    "I actually work at Olive Garden, and I must say, this is absolutely excellent. Chicken Gnocchi is my favorite soup there, but it is really fattening with how heavy of cream they use at the restaurant. This recipe not only cut down the fat level, but also tastes great. Amazing job on the recipe."
