    About Me

    We live on 6 acres with horses, dogs, cats, fish and assorted wild critters. My husband will be retiring in a few months, but I can't talk him into taking some cooking classes at the local college. Guess I'm still chief cook and income provider. He is a very good bottle washer however.

    Favorite Foods

    The list of non-favorite foods is much shorter:
    Black-eyed peas, Lima beans, cooked oatmeal, raw bananas, (most raw fruit in general), okra unless it is breaded and fried, oysters, clams,mussels. Other than that, I'm an easy keeper.
