    My Journal

I have no recent activity to share.

    About Me

I am in my last year of school (woohoo!) and am currently going through my practicum for teaching in the public school system. I love to walk my two Ragdoll cats named Griffin and Madeline (on a leash so the neighbors think i'm REALLY nuts!), take photographs, paint, draw, rollerblade and mountain bike. My two BIGGEST pet peeves are sticky fingers and a filthy house!

    Favorite Foods

Sushi is my favorite food (I can eat my 6'3" husband under the table at a decent all you can eat joint), but I love cooking Thai food and experimenting with easy but flavorful dishes. I'd have to say I'm infamous in my family for the notorious green eggs and bacon I cooked for myself at my grandmothers house at the age of 10 (I still have no idea what I put in it!!), but I'm probably most famous for my tarragon chicken. My favorite restaurant is Shabusen in Vancouver - yup you guessed it...all you can eat sushi!!
