"Fabulous chicken KC! I took Claudia Dawn's advice and browned the chicken in oil, and then baked it for about 30 minutes at 350 degrees, it was golden, crispy and so juicy! I made this on my Zojurushi home baker bread machine.I cut the yeast down by 1/4 tsp (I used 2 tsps and omitted the gluten as Canadian wheat has lots of gluten all ready in it.
