"Yum, yum, yum. I added about 1/2 cup of frozen peas towards the end of the cooking time just to bulk it out a bit more and add some colour. I also added 1 tsp of Himalayan Chrystal Rock Salt. Served with cottage cheese, poppadum's and relish it made for a wonderful vegetarian meal on a cold evening. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap May 2013."

"Definitely easy and quick to make. I ended up with 16 biscuits from the mix. I would suggest a cooking time of 20 minutes or even less would be better. Mine baked for slightly over the 20 minute mark and a few ended up slightly charred around the edges. Nice crunchy texture as you'd expect from a cookie. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap May 2..."

"Well named recipe. It really is easy!! Good flavours and the little bits of chili flakes work wonderfully. I included about 1tsp each of the basil and oregano. Only think I'd watch next time is probably not to use the full amount of milk as it did dilute the Mayo I used and made it quite thin, however this didn't impact on the great ..."

"Unbeatable. An absolutely fabulous way to make Pea and Ham soup. I used 2 lts water and cooked for last couple of hours on high. It wouldn't have hurt if it had cooked for 10 hours as I had a rather large bacon hock that I used. However the meat was tender and pulled off the bone easily enough. I scooped some of the more obvious fat from..."

"Perfect in every way. Our DD cooked this for me, so it was an extra special treat to come home from work to the smell of this superb curry wafting through the house. A real keeper of a recipe. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap April 2013."

"A very tasty and easy meal. I used pork sausages as I couldn't find any Italian ones. I also cooked it longer than the recipe stated and finished the last couple of hours on high. So took about 7 hours on low and 2 hours on high. Can seriously recommend this for an easy after a mid week meal. A nice meal to come home to. Made for Aussie..."

"This recipe has heaps of potential. I made it following the recipes but I'll offer a couple of suggestions that I feel would be ann improvement. Firstly I would double the ingredients. For the size of the tortillas I used the filling was a bit skimpy. Great flavour though. Also, I tried to cook them in the fan-bake oven and when I checked..."

"Wonderful pancakes and very versatile too. Had them with Pumpkin & spinach curry for dinner and then with a dollop of yoghurt for breakfast the next day to use up the left over batter. The batter did require a little extra water added to it in the morning as it had thickened slightly over-night. A recipe that DH and I really enjoyed. I cou..."

"A tasty treat that is quick and easy to make. I haven't an ice cream maker, so whipped it a couple of times as it was freezing. Well worth making and healthy with it. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap March 2013."
