"Fiddly little darlings to make but well worth the time involved. Definitely spicy with great after taste. I used wonton wrappers and brush with Rice Bran Oil before baking. Served with Riata and Pumpkin Chutney. A most enjoyable meal which DH remarked is a definite 'make again' recipe. Made for Ausssie / Kiwi Swap March 2013."

"Great Fish Balls. A nice balance between the tuna and potato. I didn't bother egg and breadcrumbing them. Just flattened the balls a little and fried gently until golden brown on bothe sides. This is a real keeper and makes a great quick mid-week meal. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap March 2013."

"Healthy little number that went down a treat. I sub'd baby spinach with young spinach leaves I had in the garden which seemed to work really well. Great dressing too!! Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap March 2013."

"I have found some great recipes in the Super Food magazine and this one was no exception. I did add a little 'Lite Sour Cream', before eating. I would suggest tasting the beans before plating up as I would add a bit more Tobasco sauce next time to give it a little more hit. Otherwise what else can I say. DH & I demolished the lot along with a t..."

"This is everything you could possibly want in a salad. Quick and easy to prepare. Cheap. Great taste and light and crunchy. A perfect summer side in every way. Made and enjoyed for Aussie / Kiwi Swap Feb 2013. PS: Coriander. I LOVE it."

"So pleased I spotted this recipe to make. I wanted it to go with lamb shops so omitted the salmon along with the celery because I didn't have any. Made an awesome side salad and was very much enjoyed. There was a little left over the next day and I think the flavours had developed even more 24 hours later. Made for the Aussie / Kiwi Swap Feb 2..."

"Found this when searching for a loaf that I could whip up in the morning and have cold after work. Nice and easy to make, as you can see from the photo it holds together well when sliced. For those that find the peanut butter unusual, I would suggest using an egg instead. It made for a very tasty and enjoyable vegetarian meal."

"We don't have Tilapia in NZ so I used John Dory fillets which might be too mild for the strong flavours of feta and garlic, though DH thought it was fabulous. Personally I would leave the garlic out next time. There was one fillet left which DJH had cold for lunch and he declared it delicious this way too!! Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap Jan 2013."

"Yassss. These are great. Great flavour, cooked on the BBQ and served with tomato, cucumber and mint salad. Only change I made was to roll the cakes in dried breadcrumbs rather than flour. I wondered how the cream cheese would impact on the taste, but it was not readily apparent. Probably due to the coriander and basil flavours shining throu..."
