"Mmmmm. Tastes as good as it looks. I garnished with sliced pear and grated Toblerone chocolate, but I can imagine a couple of fresh raspberries or lychees pairing up with this very well too. Quick to make and extremely easy. A definite 'keeper' when you're wanting a light dessert to finish off the evening meal."

"Perfection on a plate. I used sirloin steak which was melt in the mouth delicious. Served with simple vegetables which allowed the steak to more than shine, not that it needed any help. For the mustard I used 'Grainy Mustard' which worked really well. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap Jan 2013"

"Superb!! Whipped it up for a late Saturday lunch. Came together quickly and the cooking times were about spot on. I didn't have Swiss cheese, so sub'd with Edam and kept a little back for garnishing when served. An awesome chowder. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap December 2012."

"Delicious salad that keeps well. Makes quite a large quanity and as there are just me and DH eating at most meals it took a while to finish. However I just love constructing a selection of salads to take to work for lunch and this was a star performer. Wholesome and healthy. I didn't add all the dresssing as it didin't seem to need quite the t..."

"Another winner here. I love salads like this. It makes quite a large amount and keeps really well which all leads to making the evening meal a breeze. The barley cooked up perfectly and mad a pleasant change to other grains or couscous. I didn't take a picture as I didn't have quite enough parsley or tomatoes on hand. Tasted gorgeous anyway. ..."

"Absolutely delicious. Great tasting burgers. Served on a burger bun with salad, tomato, red onion and mayo. Hope to make again soon as my mixture was a bit sloppy and I think maybe there was too much water when cooking the lentils. I'll cook the lentils next time by using the absorption method so that I end up with more of a dry mashed potato ..."

"This was delicious and the dressing is fantastic. I didn't use all the dressing on the spinach as it seemed to make rather a large quanity. Made for PAC Fall 2012."
