"This is a goodie. Really satisfying and filling with great flavours. The only change I'd recommend is not to finely chop the proscuitto as it tended to get lost amongst the barley and mushrooms. Next time I would chop into aprrox 2cm squares, so as to have more of the meat obvious. I ommitted the parsley as I didn't have any available and I do..."

"We love couscous and I'm a real fan of having a selection of salads ready to go in the fridge. Good taste but I thought overall the mixture was a little dry. I can imagine a little lime vinaigrette stirred through would really bring this salad to life. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap October 2012."

"A nice mild rather than 'spicy' recipe. I think if making again I'd add a pinch of Chili Powder and maybe use Smoked Paprika over the plain, which would help it live up to its name. Made for our first BBQ of the 2012 / 2013 summer season, though it was still a bit nippy outside. Cooked and reviewed for Aussie / Kiwi Swap Oct 2012"

"A great little snack. I think probably more likely to be enjoyed as a lunch box filler than for breakfast, but if you're in a hurry to get out the door in the morning a couple of these bars would certainly hit the spot. I wondered whether 2 tablespoons of cinnamon might be overkill, but I can report that this quantity works just fine. There is ..."

"I am so pleased I picked this recipe to make for the Aussie / Kiwi Swap Sept 2012. Really, really tasty!! The jalapeno pepper adds just a lttle zing to which works superbly. I could only find small tomatoes so they were a bit fiddly to scoop out the insides. I halved the stuffing ingredients as well. A recipe that I can certainly recommend."

"Oh Yes!! Seriously good soup Made as directed, but I didn't have fresh dill or fresh parsley so sprinkled over a little dried dill. Such a nice quick recipe with delicious results. "Nice simple recipe. I didn't add the full amount of sugar as recommended below. As you can see from photo, I added the sprouts and they added a nice crunchy texture to the dish. Made for Aussie / Kiwi Swap Sept 12"

"A delicious wee treat. Served warm with a small serve of ice cream as a desert. As there is just 2 of us I sliced the remainder and took it to work for the team the next day. Was just as nice cold as it wa warm. I omitted the walnuts as I didn't have any on hand when I made the cake. While it would have been nice to include them, I don't beli..."

"Well who would have thought you could make a loaf with a can of tomato soup that comes out as delicious as this. I swapped the 1/2 cup of butter for 1/2 cup olive oil, as I wasn't sure how to measure out a half cup of butter. Added some raisins and didn't ice. To keep me from temptation I took it to work and left it on the kitchen table. All w..."
