"Fantastic delicious meal. I used Le Puy Lentils, no garlic (didn't have any on hand and dried chilli flakes. Would definitely make again but maybe not use quite so much lime juice."

"I just adore Sweet and Sour Pork and this would have to be the best recipe I have tried. I have made it several times now and it is always delicious. I also find that it is a very easy recipe to whip up after work. Not a lot to do once it is underway. I originally thought that the cooking time was a bit long, however it certainly ensures that ..."

"WOW. Loved it. Was really nice when only 1 hour old, but the left overs for lunch the next day were even better. So 12 - 24 hours marinating changes it completely. Don't be scared of trying raw broccoli - done this way it is superb. I used homegirl Poppy dressing #123766 and they really went well together. Can totally recommend this recipe."

So this probably explains explains why the mouss..."

"A wonderfully easy and quick recipe. Ideal for a week night meal when time is short and energy levels are low. Tasty and delicious and I will definitely be making it again. I also put the avocado into the middle of the tortillas so it was warmed up as well."

"Well I now know why so many people have praised this recipe. Three minutes prep time (and that is generous, I don't think it took that long at all, set the timer so that it came on at 2.00pm and when we got home at 6.00pm dinner was ready. Served with a simple lettuce salad. Nothing could be easier or tastier. A great recipe. Thank you Jen S..."
