"A wonderful easy to make salad. I made it before heading off to work in the morning so that the flavours could develop during the day. Was so nice to come home to a main that just had to be served and I also made a Greek Salad to go with it. A delightful summer salad that really hits the spot."

Based in Northland just a few kilometers from Whangarei, NZ.
My favourite recipe book is by a two NZer's, Alison and Simon Holst "Meals without Meat". This book is my all time stand by for healthy inexpensive meals. I wouldn't be without it.
I love cooking and look forward to preparing meals each evening.
All vegetables, Indian and seafood.
I make my own museli in a crock-pot and have been doing so for over 10 years. The recipe is one I found in Joan Bishop's "The New Zealand Crock-pot Cookbook". The recipe has evolved over the years to incorporate a wide selection of nuts, grains, seeds and dried fruit. My current favourite includes dried cherries (not glaze cherries). This is the recipe I am most known for as it would be the only one I regularly make.
My other favourite recipes include Spinach and Feta Pie, Lentils and Spinach Stew and Blackberry Pie topped with Meringue.
