"Wonderful! I used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1/2 cup normal flour. 3 very large bananas. They kept well for a couple of days and I put chopped walnuts in the topping. YUM! Look like they came from a cafe. Cheers"

"I enjoyed these cupcakes. I make a similar lemon yoghurt cake, but I love cupcakes as they are easy for guests to eat and come as their own portion. I also love lemons so I can't complain. I did not even use icing, just dusted with powdered sugar. I am going to make again with blueberries. YUM! Thanks"

"When I was young, I had best friends whose dad would make this for us and I loved it (Amazingly as I was a picky eater! 20 years later, I still enjoyed it and so did my boyfriend, to his surprise. "This was a very nice stew, and quite different to the tomato based heavy sauce stews we typically make. A little bit sweet, but not in a bad way, just not used to it. Was filling but not heavy. I quarted the potatoes and cut carrots in thirds. I would make this again, especially as I love cooking in the crock pot! Thanks"

"I really enjoyed this salad! Was made for a bbq I put on for 18 guests and wanted cold salads. I used spring onions from our garden rather than shallots and feta. I chose lemon juice due to reviews, and I could have added more for my taste. I would probably double the oil/lemon next time but it was still really good anyway. Thanks!"

"We loved it! We made a few variations to the recipe: chicken thighs (whole, and were falling off the bone and so tender at the end of cooking! no celery so added extra carrot, spring onion and used celery salt (rather than salt used two cans of 400 g chopped tomatoes; used small can of chickpeas and standard size of cannelini (hard to get bla..."

"YUM! i made this with three thigh fillets, skin off. next time i would use a bit more chicken and not cut it so small as it almost disappeared after 5 hours! i used all the same ingredients, yellow mustard seeds, and malt vinegar (should it have been white? toward the end i added some brown sugar, maybe 1 TBSP, per the other reviews. maybe n..."
