    About Me

    Originally from Ohio, now a resident in New Zeland, along with my English boyfriend. We manage a bed and breakfast lodge with seven rooms in amazing Wanaka. I always worked in restaurants and never spent much time cooking. Now I am just beginning! We cook breakfast and afternoon tea for our guests, and we spend most evenings trying new recipes for us. I am a strict recipe follower at this stage, but hope with time I can get more creative. I would love to go to Gordon Ramsay's restaurants!!!!!

    Favorite Foods

    Mexican--which is not common in New Zealand! Tomatoes and anything with tomatoes in it--salsa, pasta sauce, even ketchup! Broccoli, Avocado, Garlic. Spicy things-- hot sauce, chili, curries .... I really like most things!
