    About Me

I'm someone who grew up not knowing how to cook. At one point I even burned a bagel in the microwave. On top my cooking difficulties, I'm also gluten intolerant. Basically means I can't have any wheat or barley (and rye, but I've never seen it in anything except bread which also has flour), which makes finding tasty bread an improbable task. So now, I'm trying to find my balance in life. I like cooking, but prep work takes me forever. So every now and then I like to try a new recipe, modify things to fit my dietary restrictions, play with spices. At least I've moved up to only burning bagels in the toaster.

    Favorite Foods

Korean (thanks Mom!), pasta, chicken, chicken and pasta ( ;) ), potatoes, and sweet stuff.
