"WINNER ! Thanks for reminding me how much easier it is to butterfly and grill than to rotisserie -- has been years since I did this! Our chicken was almost 5 lbs and so it took longer -- about 40 minutes, after flipping to second side. Will be using this method from now on. No hot kitchen, no rotisserie hassles.."
"are these Paleo? I gave 5 stars, but if they are not Paleo, then I would like to withdraw 4 of my stars."
"thanks for posting this. Had some baby bok choy, some mushrooms and assorted veggies and shrimp in the freezer. made some modifications based on what i had (wide lo mein noodles, eggplant etc) but i this recipe gave me a great start!! yum."
"YUM! One comment -- parboiling 5 minutes made them a little too well done for me. After I saw how much they'd cooked, I plunged them in ice water and they were fine. Next time think I'd only cook them about 3 minutes and then check. Like them to be cooked but still firm when all finished. After reading another reviewers input, I decided to go ..."
"Really good...and actually, I was a little suprised. Wasn't sure I'd like the ham and swiss cheese sauce with sweet potatoes, but had some leftover ham and a bag of sweet potatoes, so looked for a menu that used them both. It was super tasty! Loved the sauce, and like others, I did add more milk, and was glad I did. Made it much easier to spread..."
"YUM!! This is exactly like the carrot/onion/pepper mix that is served before a meal in authentic Mexican restaurants in So Cal. Thanks for sharing the recipe so I can make them myself (out in the carolinas!)"
"Really good. Only change is that next time I'll try baking them on 400 and then crisping on broiler setting if needed. I put them in the top 1/3 of the oven on broil for 15 minutes, and they were dried out and a little too crispy. Great idea to boil first. Will make again -- they were yummy!"
"When I've seen it on a menu, I always thought fish and curry seemed like a not to appealing combination. This recipe rocks!! I'm not a huge white fish lover, so hard to find recipes that I will make again. The fish was tender inside and crispy exterior and the sauce is killer. Served with sauteed spinach, basmati rice and naan. Only changes were..."
"Really easy and delicious ceasar recipe. Only changes, -- just personal preference, I used 1 T Dijon and 1 T Vinegar, about 1/3 the parm.. ( but it was freshly grated parmagiano reggiano, so i think still had all the flavor it needed.) THanks so much for sharing...this will be my go-to Ceasar dressing recipe!"
