    Favorite Foods

    This was my before post: A great steak is hard to beat; Crab Legs/Lobster; Really Good Pizza (NY style -- with tasty,thin, chewy crust that can be folded in 1/2); Philly Cheesesteak (only the real thing, please!),Fondue, Soups & Chili, almost all ethnic foods - Sushi and Japanese, Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese, Italian, Greek, on and on. Did I mention I love good food??


    So I still love good food, but I now eat low carb, so have learned to modify my favorites. Yep, I still have pizza and sushi, just without flour, rice or sugar.  It can be done and it tastes great and I've never felt better.  My recipes are some regular menu and some LCHF/low carb... just fyi.  :-D
