"This was excellent. I used hallibut fillets, which were on sale at the market. The stuffing had just the perfect amount of flavor. I did sprinkle a bit of Old Bay seasoning in, but that was the only change I made. For the shrimp and crab, I used 1 can each of baby shrimp and crabmeat, which I had on hand. I think this tasted better than some ..."

"Delicious salad! I had to use fresh basil leaves in place of the parsley, but this was an excellent way to use up the wonderful Roma tomatoes from my garden! The only thing I left out were the olives...sorry, they had gone bad in my fridge. Even the dressing tasted great on its own. I served this with the toasted pita bread on the side, but we..."

"This dressing was WONDERFUL, and it was so easy to make. I love the honey mustard dressing from Chili's restaurant, and this tasted EXACTLY like it. AND, it can be made from ingredients we have on hand all the time. Thanks! **Forgot to add that we used 1/3 cup mayo and 1/3 cup FAT FREE sour cream. Still had great flavor and cut back a bit on fat ..."

"Great banana bread! We also used about 3 small bananas, and the cook time in our oven was about an hour and 15 too. Thanks for sharing and I hope you like the pic!"

"Delicious! I actually used homemade Creole Seasoning in place of Cajun, which gave this dish a nice smokey flavor along with the heat. Next time, I might even up the amount of crushed red pepper flakes! I served mine over Israeli couscous boiled in some vegetable stock. Thanks a bunch for this great dish : >"

"I had been meaning to try this recipe for ages, and I am so glad that I did. Great flavor! I almost ate them all. I eyeballed the pepper, as opposed to measuring out the full amount, so I did not feel these were too peppery. The toasted pine nuts gave a great cruch to the smoothness of the goat cheese. I will definately be making this again!"

"This was really easy to throw together and tasted GREAT. Perfect for a summer party because it's really cool and refreshing. I served mine with blue corn tortilla chips."

"This was wonderful! I also used 2 large garlic cloves and 2 shallots, AS WELL as whole wheat pasta. I thought the mix of vegetables in this was great. I used some nice dried tarragon that I had gotten at Whole Foods, which gave this a really nice flavor. I don't usually cook much with tarragon, but I am really glad I gave this recipe a shot. ..."

"Sharon, these were delicious! The sweetness of the roasted red peppers with the nice spice of the curried rice was perfect. I even think the rice alone is fabulous, and can be used as a side dish all on its own. At first, I wasn't sure about the mozzarella cheese and how that flavor would work with the curry and the ginger, but it melted so nice..."
