"This was so good. I used a sirlion tip roast and later add potaotes and carrots to it. Made some of Bergy's Buttery Farm Biscuits to go along with it. My husband said this is the best roast you have ever made. This is going in my cookbook for sure. Which is overflowing with recipes from Zaar. "
