"I can't believe I forgot to review this! I used this recipe last year to make green bean casserole since my hubby has gone gluten free. These onions were fabulous, I could not stop eating them just plain. Everyone RAVED about my casserole (including everyone who eats a gluten-full diet. They were so good I made them for Thanksgiving AND Chris..."

"These are great! I used gluten free rice krispies and vanilla extract instead of almond because of allergies in my son's class. I must have used smaller cookie cutters because I was able to get 20 hearts out of a 10x15 pan and then made about 5 more by pushing the scraps together. My cheapo metal cookie cutter did get a bit bent out of shape, b..."

"Wow, this was SO good. I used 1/2 whole wheat flour and 1/2 regular, decreased the sugar to 2 cups, substituted unsweetened applesauce for 1/2 the oil, and put in twice as much diced apple as called for. Everyone in the family LOVED it, this recipe is a keeper! Thanks so much for sharing it."

"Made this recipe several times over the past 2 weeks. There is a lot of topping, but I like it like that. Easy to double and put in a 9x13 pan. To sweeten it a bit, we tried with 3 cups rhubarb and 1 cup strawberries, that was good too. Takes the full 35 min. or even a few more to bake. Very, very good!"

"Very good and so easy! I have made these several times, usually using pecans. I love how simple they are to make and they are so delicious! I use chopped nuts and then put them in a salad."

"LOVED IT! For the holidays I make a green salad with dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, feta, purple onion, and candied nuts (recipe #144963 ... well, this year I forgot to purchase dressing. So I jumped online and found this recipe, which was far better than anything I could have bought! I used 3/4 c. frozen and 1/4 cup dried cranberries, s..."

"I chose this recipe primarily because it doesn't call for lard, I had all the ingredients (except the anise seed, which was easily located in the supermarket and it was easy to halve for our small get together. It was a winner! The dough came together very easily, I was worried that it seemed dry but it was perfect. With half the recipe I made..."

"Yummy! This was excellent. As suggested, we topped with whipped cream and served it with biscochitos (recipe #25697. The only (unintentional change I made was I only added 5 cups of milk, because the saucepan I was using was too small. So it was maybe a little richer, but everyone liked it that way. Wonderful recipe, I will surely make this..."

"I made these just as written, and wow! We loved them. My 22 month old ate 3 of them in one sitting. It made 12 very generous muffins, and only took about 14 minutes to bake in my oven. I mixed some of the drained pineapple juice with some spreadable cream cheese to put on top. Thanks for a great recipe, I will make these again and again!"
