    About Me

I am a married mother to three wonderful, but picky-eating children, who are all five years apart in age. I work out of the home. I grew up in an Italian household, so you can only guess what my favorite types of food are... I absolutely loved to watch my grandmother cook, it was so fascinating to watch her make her mountains of flour and eggs on her wooden board (homemade noodles). Over the years, her recipes have faded and when I moved out, I decided to try find some/make some, so thus why I am here.

    Favorite Foods

Italian of course. I am pretty much up for anything except fish. I just can't do it, the smell gets me and the consistency of shrimp...yuck!
