"Great marinade!! I left out the tomatoes from the kabobs but made several different kabobs using chicken, pineapple, red potato, zucchini, red onions, mushrooms, and red, green, and orange bell peppers to suite all my guests preferences. I will definately be making this again at our next BBQ!"
