"Wow!! This was one of the most amazing pastas I've had!! We don't get manicotti here so stuffed up shells with the mixture. We also don't get ricotta cheese here, so substituted half cottage cheese and half cheddar cheese for it. It was an amazing pasta and my whole family loved it!!

"Oh yum!! I used the sauce on chicken fillets and it was simply amazing!! I marinated the chicken in the uncooked sauce ingredients for a few hours and then basted with the cooked sauce while grilling.. Served with the leftover sauce on the side..
