New Topic Jars - no water bath? in Canning, Preserving and Dehydrating
"I was at a craft show this weekend and a couple gals were selling jellies in a jar with what looked like a regular lid.....I asked her if she put these jars in a water bath and she said 'no, we pour the jelly in and the heat from the jelly seals the lids down'.......I've never heard of a lid/system like this....is this a possibility?
