"Cooked exactly as written and it worked beautifully. It was my first duck and, thanks to you, it won't be my last."

"So good! Used scallions instead of chives, Frank's red hot sauce instead of Tabasco and 1/2 a jalapeno pepper chopped up fine. Omitted the lemon juice as I didn't have any and sliced up some cucumbers and threw them onto pumpernickel bread with the spread. Great alternative to other canned salmon recipes i also love."

"Made almost exactly as written but only had chicken broth and chopped up a fresh jalepeno pepper with the onion in the beginning. Really great stuff. I would have to say I probably got 8 to 9 servings out of this though."

"Changed it for lower fat. Doubled recipe for 2 loaves. Replaced oil with applesauce, reduced sugar by 50% but sprinkled sugar in the raw lightly on top, used two whole eggs and 2 egg whites, skim milk, added vanilla and omitted nuts. Cooked the same amount of time. Perfect and so good."

"Really good. I did 1/3 cup sugar, half whole wheat flour instead of all white flour and used a little more cinnamon. It took only about 50 minutes to cook in my oven. Thanks for the great recipe."

"So easy, so healthy so good. Used fresh rosemary, thyme and basil instead of italian seasoning-cooking the thyme and rosemary with the garlic and adding basil to the end product."
